Refunds & Cancellations (Digital Services)
1. Scope
Digital services not yet used may be refundable; once used/consumed, non-refundable.
2. How to Request
Email billing@personaos.co.uk with order_id and details. We respond within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 7–14 business days (subject to payment method).
3. Chargebacks
If a chargeback is raised, we will submit evidence to the card scheme via our MoR. Resolution times follow scheme rules.
4. Notes
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
